arvato innovation.com is a knowledge, idea and networking platform. The web portal is one initiative of the arvato innovation office in order to implement an innovation infrastructure within arvato.

Thearvato innovation office (aio) has been established within the arvato strategy department with the objective to interlink arvato’s strategy and its innovation efforts. The office is responsible for arvato’s innovation infrastructure as well as for the coordination/management of innovation projects/initiatives. Accordingly, the arvato innovation office offers support at each step of the innovation process, from scoping and generating ideas to a review of project performance.

It serves as an open forum for innovation. Innovation Coaches have the opportunity to submit and discuss first ideas in an informal way. An integrated voting tool with defined evaluation criteria helps to identify the most promising ideas and makes the evaluation process transparent. Besides the web-portal provides a knowledge database including Tools, methods and relevant literature to develop and deliver new products and services to the market.
With status reports of current and completed Innovation projects and an offered share point the platform supports information-sharing and the exchange of best practice.
