INNOVATION AT ARVATO

We see it first-hand every day: The markets in which we are active find themselves in a constant state of flux. This means new opportunities to be seized, while old business models need to be adapted, expanded or abandoned. In this environment of constant change, Innovation is key to safeguard and expand our company’s organic growth.
What are we hoping to achieve? To put it simply: an abundance of ideas and (r)evolutionary approaches to problems. Innovative business approaches help us create new markets for our company, instead of limiting ourselves to protecting the markets we already have – and this establishes the necessary foundation for organic growth.
In terms of its organization, arvato’s infrastructure for innovation is made up of two elements. First the arvato innovation office, which provides knowledge and consultancy to all arvato divisions. Second, there are roughly 30 innovation coaches to foster innovation in all arvato divisions.
